Mr. Kim Morris serves as the Aerospace Marketing Manager for the Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership (BAHEP) where he works with regional partners in industry, education, real estate, all levels of government (city, county, state, and federal) and other economic development organizations to grow and diversify the aerospace ecosystem in Houston. This includes managing and overseeing BAHEP’s Aerospace Advisory Committee (AAC), which is comprised of top leaders in the region’s aerospace companies. The mission of the AAC is to advance and grow the region’s role in all facets of the aviation and aerospace industries, including NASA JSC and human space exploration, through joint initiatives and focused advocacy. Kim also manages BAHEP’s Citizens for Space Exploration which advocates for human space exploration to state and national elected representatives.

Kim also serves as the Director for the Bay Area Houston Advanced Technology Consortium, a 501(c)(3) non-profit involved in technology collaborations and technology workforce development activities within the Bay Area Houston region.

Prior to his role at BAHEP, Kim spent 27 years with Honeywell International as a Sr. Program Manager responsible for civil space and DoD programs.
